Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What is The Roxy?
The Roxy is one of the best bars in Soho. After 10pm we turn into a club. We’re known for our unbeatable happy hour drinks.
Do I need to buy a ticket to enter the club?
We recommend that you buy tickets in advance. You can save time and money with discounts and queue jumps. We will always keep a few on the door for walk-ups.
What is the age policy?
By law, you must be 18 or over to enter. We insist upon proof of ID upon entering the venue. This must be an official document with a photograph and a holographic mark. We cannot accept a copy of your ID. No ID - no entry.
Can I hire the Roxy for an event?
Yes. You can either rent an area or exclusive private hire of The Roxy. Please contact us here
Do you have a dress code?
Unlike most other venues in central London, we do not have a dress code. However, please be aware that if you are coming on a Monday night – they discourage tracksuits.
Is there a cover charge for the club?
Yes. This varies depending on the night. Please check out each individual night, listed on our website, for deals and entry fees.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. The cost is £2 per item. Card and cash payment is available.
Do you keep lost property?
Yes. We keep lost property for 4 weeks. After that time, the items are either discarded or donated. If you think you have lost something, please contact us here
Do you allow single entry?
Unfortunately, we no longer allow single entry.
Do you take cash?
On the door – we recommend you bring cash as some promoters have a card machine whereas others do not. We encourage you to bring cash, should you wish to tip our bar staff. We take cash and card payment at the bar and in cloakroom.
How do you promote safe clubbing?
We have a zero tolerance policy on aggression and drugs. We encourage you to drink responsibly and know that water is available for free all night. A little known fact is we do food all night too! If anything feels or you feel unwell, please let us of our staff know. Your safety is our priority.
